MAH CET or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission to various MBA/MMS courses offered by colleges in Maharashtra. The exam is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.

The MAH CET syllabus consists of four sections, namely, Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Verbal Ability/Reading Comprehension. The exam is conducted online, and the duration of the exam is 150 minutes.

Logical Reasoning: This section evaluates the candidate’s ability to analyze and solve complex problems. The questions in this section are based on topics such as Direction Sense, Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Series, Syllogism, and Input-Output. The candidates are expected to have a good understanding of the basics of logical reasoning and should be able to apply these concepts to solve complex problems.

Abstract Reasoning: This section assesses the candidate’s ability to understand and analyze patterns. The questions in this section are based on topics such as Series, Analogy, Classification, and Coding-Decoding. The candidates are expected to have a good understanding of abstract reasoning and should be able to identify patterns and relationships between different elements.

Quantitative Aptitude: This section evaluates the candidate’s ability to work with numbers and solve mathematical problems. The questions in this section are based on topics such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Data Interpretation. The candidates are expected to have a good understanding of basic mathematical concepts and should be able to solve complex problems using these concepts.

Verbal Ability/Reading Comprehension: This section evaluates the candidate’s ability to understand and analyze written material. The questions in this section are based on topics such as Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Sentence Correction. The candidates are expected to have a good understanding of the English language and should be able to comprehend and analyze written material.
